We recently had our 13 month old Alaskan malamute in the care and training of Karen, and we are happy with how far Ava has come. Her biggest issues we struggled with was her inability to just lay down next to you without needing to nudge, scratch and push for affection whenever she pleased. Karen was able to use positive reinforcement to help Ava learn how to be a great dog with language and training we weren't experienced with. The biggest thing that had me choose Karen with 4 on the floor over any other facility is the personal approach that is given with dogs. She does in home training which really helped us give Ava the personal environment where we needed the most help. We won't be using anyone else, and Ava also got an exit bath and grooming before she was brought home. I can't recommend enough!
